Hydrochloric acid is used to adjust alkalinity and to increase desirable ions in Food and Beverage industry process waters.
Hydrochloric Acid 30% is a ready for use food grade acid used to increase chloride ions in brewing liquor treatmentand gives optimum pH levels throughout the whole brewing process.
Hydrochloric Acid 30% stimulates maximum enzyme activity during mashing, improves extract yield and fermentability and improves wort run off, clarity and stability.
