South England and South Wales
For those based in the South and the very south of Wales, Master Brewer Mat Henney is your man.
Midlands and Wales
Those of you based in the Midlands or the majority of Wales should look to Technical Brewer Iain Kenny for support.
North England and Scotland
Master Brewer Nick Brading is the main contact for the North of the country and Scotland.
Manual Handling and Cellar Management
Finally, Technical Representative Pete Lawley provides support to all customers with manual handling and cellar management queries, within the UK.

Our overseas customers
If you’re a customer, whether it be through a distributor or direct, that’s based outside the United Kingdom, then we have an international team on hand to support you.
Technical Brewer Adam Johnson is now based in mainland Europe and so able to travel to all the European breweries we work with and provide face-to-face support when required.
If you’re based in the United States then we are proud to be able to support you from our new American outfit, Murphy & Son Inc and for technical support, experienced brewer Jamie Carmichael is your man.
Our technical team is headed up by Master Brewer Richard Haywood and under his leadership the team works extremely closely together to source an answer to any and all your questions. With so many experienced brewers in our team, it’s rare we receive a query no one’s seen before!
