NUTRICELL® AA is a nutrient composed exclusively of specific yeast derivatives rich in amino acids.
NUTRICELL® AA allows a good control of the alcoholic fermentation and optimizes the aromatic profile of the wines by favouring the production of esters and acetates of higher alcohols (resulting from the degradation of amino acids) as well as the revelation of thiols during the alcoholic fermentation.
