The EasyDens digital density meter allows you to measure wort extract, sugar content and alcohol levels quickly and accurately, making it ideal for brewing, winemaking and spirit production. You can use EasyDens to monitor fermentation in beer, wine and spirits by tracking apparent extract or sugar from a 2 ml sample on a daily basis. As a result, you gain better control over fermentation and can more easily determine the right time for bottling. The device connects to a free mobile app, which lets you track fermentation from your smartphone while storing and displaying results clearly for quick review and export to a PC or Mac.

    The EasyDens digital density meter helps you monitor fermentation and maintain consistent results across every batch. By tracking progress on your smartphone, you can easily follow changes in extract and sugar levels throughout production. As a result, you gain better control and can improve both quality and repeatability.
    For brewers, EasyDens calculates alcohol content directly from measured °Plato or specific gravity values. In addition, it allows you to see how raw materials and process changes affect your results, helping you refine your production over time.
    The device supports multiple measurement units, including:

    Beer – specific gravity and °Plato
    Wine – °Brix, °KMW, °Oechsle, °Baumé, °Babo and sugar concentration
    Alcohol – % v/v, % w/w and °Proof

    EasyDens for fast and reliable results

    The EasyDens digital density meter provides temperature corrected results automatically, so there is no need for manual calculations or correction tables. Measurements take less than one minute, including filling and cleaning, which makes it ideal for routine testing.
    You can clean, calibrate and adjust the device independently using deionised water. The EasyDens requires only 2 ml of sample, reducing waste while keeping testing efficient.
    All measurement data is stored in the EasyDens app and can be easily exported to a PC or Mac for further analysis and record keeping.

    At the core of EasyDens is a high precision glass measuring cell that delivers consistent and accurate readings. The device uses the oscillating U tube principle, which is also found in high end laboratory density meters.
