We have dates for 2019 for our training days.
Our training days are led by our experienced technical team, pitched at a beginner to intermediate level and designed for those looking to expand or refresh their brewing knowledge, with opportunity for questions and in-depth discussion throughout. All for the price of £100 + vat
Our training takes place between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm on the last or penultimate Thursday of the month and includes lunch, with a maximum of 15 places available.
We are currently offering training on a range of key areas within the brewing process, including beer stability, beer styles, essential lab skills for brewers, yeast management, and introduction to SALSA and HACCP.
The dates available are:
Beer Stability – 14th February 2019 or 18th July 2019
Beer styles – Increasing Brewery Versatility – 21st March 2019 or 15th August 2019
Essential Lab skills for Brewers – 18th April 2019 or 19th September 2019
Yeast Management – 16th May 2019 or 17th October 2019
Introduction to SALSA and HACCP – 20th June 2019 or 21st November 2019
