With over 15 years in the brewing industry, Brett Ellis began his career in flavour as a chef in California, where his passion for bold and delicate tastes evolved into a thriving brewing journey. In 2012, he co-founded The Wild Beer Co., earning global recognition for his innovative approach to fermentation, process, and people. Brett’s experience also spans distilling, as well as wine and cider fermentation.
