Our 1 day course covers the overview of SALSA and delves into each of the sections during the course of the day. Its more about getting into the detail rather than power point presentations so is more discussion based, angled at both giving knowledge and answering questions as we go along.
This course is held at our friends at Simpsons Malt Tweed Valley Maltings in Berwick Upon Tweed, Northumberland and will have a tour incorporated into the day .
The course is run by Richard Haywood, a qualified Master Brewer with 35 years experience in the brewing industry. Richard is also qualified in Level 4 HACCP, Level 4 Food Safety and is Lead Auditor qualified.
Deimante Nakvosaite co-runs the course and has a wealth of experience with running all aspects of quality management systems from her broad knowledge of the food industry globally.
